One flat plan against a platform-by-platform basket
ParseStream sells three plans and each one is a single line. Lite is $29 a month and carries 20 Reddit and 20 Hacker News keyword slots. Pro is $79 and adds Quora, LinkedIn and X. Growth is $199. The price is the same whether you buy it from Boston or Bratislava, and adding a platform means moving up a plan rather than adding a line item.
Devi does not work that way. Its pricing page renders eleven checkboxes — Facebook Groups, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Nextdoor, Quora, YouTube, WhatsApp Groups, Bluesky, Telegram and Threads — and composes the total from whichever you tick. That is a genuinely useful design if you want exactly one platform and nothing else, and it is the thing to weigh honestly against a flat plan: on a configurator you pay for what you use, and on a flat plan you pay for what you might use.
Two things about it are worth knowing before you compare any number. The first is that the per-platform rate is not fixed. The monthly card is captioned “Select Facebook and get 50% off on other platforms”, and that is exactly what happens in the DOM: with Facebook Groups ticked, each other platform reads €7.7, and with Facebook unticked, every one of them reprices to €16.3 without a page reload. A single text dump of that page reports the €7.7 figure, which is only true for a buyer who is also paying for Facebook.
The second is that the currency and the rates are set by where you are, and Devi says so itself. Section 3 of its terms of use reads: “Pricing is based on your geographical location, determined by your IP address, business location, or phone number's country code.” Its pricing page's own data payload named the country it had priced for on our render. So no honest comparison page can print a single Devi price, and this one does not. What it prints instead is what the configurator returned, with the connection it returned it to.
- Rendered from an EU connection on 28 August 2026, all read off Devi's own subscribe button: Reddit alone €16.3/mo, Reddit and Quora together €32.6, Reddit with X, LinkedIn and Quora €50.6, Facebook Groups alone €42.0, Facebook Groups with Reddit €49.8, and all eleven platforms €85.0. Annual for Facebook Groups was €420.5 with two months described as free and no trial.
- Devi's homepage FAQ says it will watch “for as low as $19/month (GeoBased) which means $0.11 cent/hour” — the parenthesis is the vendor's, not ours — and its pricing page's meta description carries the same headline figure without it: “As low as $19/month to get access to social media keyword monitoring, content generation and scheduling.” Its structured data separately carries an offer of $49.00. We reproduce all of them rather than choosing one.
- ParseStream by contrast: $29 for Reddit and Hacker News, $79 for all five platforms, $199 for Growth, one price everywhere, with a 3-day trial and no free tier.
